Do you allow pets?

Yes! We are happy to accomodate your furry friends. We limit 2 pets per stay, but can be flexible if need be.

What is your pet fee?

Our pet fee is $75-95 per stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

Do you require a deposit?

50% of the reservation amount is due at booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days before check-in. We have a $500 damage deposit that is pre-authorized on a credit card and released 72 hours after check-out.

Can you accomodate early check in or late check out?

Absolutely! We always do our best to accomodate our guests. Requests must be made within 24 hours of booking the rental.Early check-in and late check-out are requests only and not guaranteed.

How do we treat the hot tub or pool?

Hot tubs are treated prior to guest check-in and will require additional chemicals after guest use. Guests are responsible for this during their stay. Instructions are provided at the property.Pool testing is completed every Monday. Our team maintains the pool, but daily skimming is not provided during guest stays.

What do we do if we have a question while we are at our rental?

Feel free to call or text us at any time. We live locally and are available to help or answer questions should they come up.

How do we book?

Guests can book any of our properties directly from the Home page. Enter trip details and available properties will populate. Adjusting dates will show additional availability.

What kind of coffee machine do you provide?

All properties have a standard drip coffee machine.

Can you recommend local restaurants and attractions?

Yes! We have great recommendations for local restaurants, shops and attractions in a Guidebook at each property. If you would like the information ahead of time, we would be happy to forward it your way.

What methods of payment for you accept?

We accept cash, credit card (3% surcharge), cheque or E-transfer.

3% Convenience Fee

This fee covers credit card processing. If guests wish to pay by e-transfer, wire transfer, cheque, or cash, please have them contact us directly at info@crystalbayrentals.com.
