About this Space

Our prestigious waterfront estate overlooks our sand beach on one of the nicest shorelines in Southern Ontario. The breathtaking lake views will help you forget your worries & truly disconnect. Our 2 acre lot is one of a kind. Some amenities include- new hot tub with water views (installed December 2024) high quality linens, high speed internet, gas BBQ, paddle boards, & fully equipped Chef's kitchen. Enjoy your walks on the Beach, or cycling Erie road and the Friendship Trail. This property is also pet friendly!

This is a licensed B&B.

There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level. The Primary suite overlooks beautiful Lake Erie. It features a private ensuite, King bed, with blackout curtains. There is another bedroom with a Queen bed that also have a view of the Lake, with 2 double closets. The bedrooms on the North side of the house features a Double room with Private ensuite, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are 3 full bathrooms on the upper level and a powder room on the main floor.  At the back of the house, there is an additional living room with bar area. It features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and a second TV with cable.

Where You'll Be

Ridgeway, Canada - This house is on a very unique piece of property on Erie Rd. The houses in the neighbourhood all have large property, with the homes tucked back close to the water.  There is a forest across the street from the house that you frequently see deer leaping through.

How to Get Around - You will want to have a car accessible for your visit. The area is also really great for biking/cycling.

The Space

When you walk into our home, you will be put at ease. It's open concept, clean and inviting.
We have two fireplaces. One in the living space, and another in the lower bar area.
Cozy up with a glass of wine and read a book while taking in the view of the Lake.

Guest Access

The driveway has parking for 4+ cars.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

Pricing is subject to change depending on season, high time or low time. We provide discounts for longer stays. We are happy to work with you and your budget! This home is a licensed B&B and we look forward to hosting you and your family.

No smoking inside the house.
No large parties or groups over 8 people.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
HST will be added to all reservations.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged.
